Review: This is another cop buddy movie with a twist. The director does a good job with the action, keeping it flowing and in line with the plot. Arnold and Jim do a great job with the comedic banter. This is a movie that I have enjoyed a little more each time I watch it.
"Since I figure cops are cops the world over, how do you Soviets deal with all the tension and stress?"
"Vodka."
"Time to feed parakeet."
"What's that, Russian for 'jerking off'?"
